WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING SINCE HIGH SCHOOL

    PHSBulldogs! What a neat idea!!

After graduation in 1955, I came to Nashville and attended Draughn's Business College. I began my working career with the state where I began working with the blind and visually handicapped (a job I really enjoyed). I moved on up the ranks to become executive administrative secretary to the deputy commissioner of the Dept. of Human Services. After serving in this position for 17 years, I retired in 1997.

My husband and I had planned to travel some after retirement and did get one long trip to some of the northeastern states and visited some of Bill's Air Force buddies. Unfortunately, my health has kept us from doing much more traveling. So, we're just taking it easy. For the past several years, Gail, Edwina, Dean Dunivan and I have made a trip together (no husbands, no kids). We have been to Florida several times, Branson, MO and were in Jamestown, VA on 9/ll. We do a lot of sightseeing and shopping. Then we adjourn to our room for some serious card playing.

I'm going to get in touch with Juanita Sowell Pack and tell her about this site. She may have some reunion pictures to share.
